Three months ago we were hit by a flood. They spent a lot of hours though we had originally scheduled to have our furnace cleaned in September. They were very polite in saying that they have a lot of people who don’t have any heaters till the plumbing gets done due to the flood. They took my name and said they will call us and set the appointment as soon as they are available. It was very nice of them because I understood why they were not very concerned about the furnace but they tried to keep it up at the same time. They are very friendly and have done good work. This is the second house that we are living in; in our first house we had a terrible furnace and they came out and fixed the furnace. They didn’t charge me and asked me to give it a few weeks to see if it works and later they called and checked if it was working. We had another come in before them and they were late and didn’t fix the problem but I still got a bill. Our overall experience with them has been good.
