It was fine , always been satisfied with the service. They were prompt and professional and had people that knows what they are doing.

I had a very good experience with them. I would give them an A rating. They came twice. They came in January and came again in the spring. They put a new faucet on. They were great. Very reliable, trustworthy and I would definitely use them again.

The main technician did not seem to know what he was doing. The assistant he came with was in another room going through my things. It was a very bad situation. The men did not complete the work.

We have used Crossan for all our plumbing and heating needs.  For this job we were redoing our master bathroom so we purchased a sink and toilet then called to get those installed along with replacing a corroded shower pipe.  The plumber came out to look at it and as we wanted to go with a rain shower shower head he had to order the extension pipe for the shower head. As we did not hear from them after a week, my only complaint is that we had to call them two times asking when the extension pipe would be in before getting a date when they would come out.  Once they came out they did a great job, very professional, and answered all of my questions.  Even allowed me to paint the walls were the old sink cabinet was.  During the sink install the plumber replaced our existing valves (at no charge) as they were old and he thought they may go bad.
We were very happy with the results and will continue to be a customer of theirs

It went well.  The guys who did the installation, especially the inside guy, were virtual artists.  Salesman was rational, down to earth and didn't try to upsell.

They have been very good at taking old plumbing and fitting new pieces in or bringing it up to code. I have been using them for more than a decade and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I am from a region where we don't use oil heat and so I had a lot of questions when we purchased our home. The people who work in the office have always been very kind and patient in providing me information and answering questions.   I recently purchased an electric water heater and a gas boiler from them, which they also installed.  Everyone I've worked with from this company is prompt  and extremely friendly and the opinions they've provided have been honest. The prices charged I've found is about average based on other providers with whom I've checked.  I've been pleased with the work they've performed and advise they've given me.  Although I no longer require heating oil I will continue to use them to service my equipment and for other services, as needed.

We used them to repair our oil burning, plumbing work, oil delivery services. It has been going extremely well. They are very reliable, they have a quick response time. The quality of their work is excellent and they have a very professional staff.

The service was great overall.  They’re a local company, and my mother-in-law always uses them, too.  They called ahead of time and showed up when they said they would. They also cleaned up well. We were very pleased.
