Initially, we ordered firewood from them, 2 cords. When the delivery came, we could see in the truck (our house is elevated from the road) and it did not look like 2 cords. After they dumped it on the driveway my wife came out and said that it didn't look like 2 cords. I agreed but waited to stack it to see how much it really was. We paid for 2 cords, got 1.25. I requested the rest, and they agreed to bring it, and I also mistakenly hired them to cut down some trees. All went well until the last tree. For some idiotic reason, Juan decided to drop the tree right across my driveway which was paved the summer of 2017. It wound up damaging my driveway, which he immediately tried to pass off as being like that already, but it wasn't. This was in November 2018. He wanted something in writing signed by him that he would come back and fix it, which he initially shrugged off by saying "he is a man of his word, and if he says he will come back and fix it, he will." I had him sign the paper anyway. Again, this happened in November of 2018. Shortly after that, they brought the rest of the wood, which to their credit was a little more than the .75 cord they owed me.... BUT... it was covered in snow and ice. I had to stack it in my garage and turn a heater on it just to dry it out enough to use. What a joke. When he delivered it, he said now I could stop crying about it... as if getting ripped off for 3/4's of a cord wasn't something to discuss. The main problem is that to this day, 7/21/2020... 20 months after the damage to my driveway, Juan still hasn't kept his word. Hence why I am leaving this review. People need to know who they are dealing with. Shyster, a word that fits. Now you know. Buyer beware.

He did the work in the record time and so I didn?t have any problems with the time he took. However, all the grout started coming out and then the tiles started coming loose. I have to now have the whole floor replaced. The price was terrible. I would definitely not use his services again. I don?t want him in my house again.
