Horribly! It was a total nightmare! 7 mos. after I fired him he filed bankruptcy for the 2nd time owing $670,000, a 1/4 million owed to the Government. After he filed bankruptcy on sub-contractors who worked on my home and material suppliers (even though it was a personal ch. 7 and not a business bankruptcy), he and his bankruptcy attorney have now filed a lawsuit against me, 4 yrs. after I fired him, 3 yrs. after the bankruptcy was discharged and he didn't list me in his bankruptcy filings.
Description of Work: He was to build extensions on to an existing structure on a 2 mo. contract. After 10 mos. I fired him for breach of contract and non-performance. He was found negligent by the insurance cos. after he caused my roof to cave in. He didn't level the floor properly which has caused my hardwood floor to buckle. There is no uniformity in the manner in which all the windows are set in.Etc., etc., etc.
