He started the project and never came back. He just walked off of the job. He took all of the supplies that I paid for and left. He wouldn't return the building inspectors calls or our calls. He took all of the money in advance; he demanded payment in advance. He demanded payment for part of it in cash. He didn't show up when he was supposed to. He did not complete the job. He went directly against the inspectors demands. He was supposed to put gravel within the new foundation for strength, he didn't. There is a huge gap between my current house and the add on. He put a roof on the wrong area of the house. We are talking horrible work. It's going to cost me almost double to repair what he has messed up.
