The inspector left the door wide open, and the lid to the septic wide open. The house was vacant and it was a week before we found the issues.

Overall a good experience. Very prompt & curious. I think inspector may benefit from some more experience, did not list some obvious things on home inspection report, didn't catch one item I felt major, safety issue. These all add up when making a deal w/a home owner because they didn't see "Pro" list them on inspection report. I did have actual PRO's come give estimates for repairs and that is what saved me.
