Steve came on July 21 to diagnose our refrigerator through our warranty service. He told us he would order the needed part and come back to complete the repair. That was the last we heard from him. Since then, he has ignored every call and text we?ve sent. Three weeks later, we are still without a working fridge because he never followed through. Look elsewhere.

In June 2023 I contacted Steve Bowsman to see if he could repair my LG Refrig and he said he did work on them. I called LG and they certified him to make any repairs. Steve did look at the refrig called LG to order the parts. The parts were delivered to Steve and he returned with them. Upon looking at the refrigerator and parts he said a part was missing and he would have to call LG. 6 weeks went by with me calling Steve and leaving messages he never would return. He never finished the job. Steve never replaced any of the parts or took them out of the boxes.

Came on time. Work was efficient, professional and well done. Came as soon as my part was available. This is during covid but he followed protocols and wore a mask properly. Would recommend to anyone!

We had Bowsman Mechanical Service in our home to fix our oven after using the auto clean feature. Our oven would not unlock or turn on. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it efficiently and at a great cost. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend!

Kitchen Aid hired Bowsman Mechanical Services to replace the broken glass in our Kitchen Aid double wall oven under warranty. The inner glass had broken in the upper door during use. Because of the glass being all over the place, I removed the door and cleaned up the glass. I took the door outside on our porch to clean out the chards of glass the best I could and left it outside until the repair could be completed. They installed the new glass without cleaning the inside glass so now the glass is so dirty inside you cannot see into the oven. They also apparently had trouble getting the door back on as they have the inside of the door at the hinge location scratched. Very disappointed in this work. I actually took the door apart myself and cleaned the glass because I did not want them to scratch up the door any worse than it already is.

Steve was professional in every way. He communicated with me before the appt so he would be prepared with right parts. Texted me to confirm appt and arrival time, was on time, and was knowledgeable about his job. I would highly recommend and use Bowman again.

Gone above and beyond and he is very personal in helping me understand how things are done, why and how.

Although we live a good distance from him, Steve arrived on time and prepared. He was always polite and friendly. His repair of our Whirlpool refrigerator has fixed the problem. We won't hesitate to call him for any other repairs. Thank you Steve.
