it went as it should go. Ryan (weekend emergency worker) was friendly, quick and very responsive to all our questions. He told us what time he will be coming and he was here! did his job gave us pointers to avoid this issue next time. great!

Great service.  I called Captain Clog first thing in the morning and they were able to send two guys out right away.  The price quoted was the price I paid.  They told me up front over the phone that if the clog was further down the line that the cost would be about $30 more but I ended up paying the lower of the two estimates.  The clog was cleared and tested fully after about a half an hour.  Afterwards they told me about a 30 day warranty that is included at no additional charge.

Excellent.   Took About 1 hour... Even moved some stuff to get access to the piping he needed.   Competitive service wanted about 1500 bucks.   Glad I called, Quick, Professional, Price quoted on phone was the price paid.
