We met representatives from Aluminum Associates at the Reading Home Show in the spring of 2013. We scheduled several window replacement company representatives to come out to our home to see the job and provide an estimate to replace an old window in the kitchen.  Kurt spent the time with us asking questions and hearing our ideas in order to provide us with options while explaining the features and benefits and the why for the window he was recommending for this space.  It is a very large space (5' X 3') and I envisioned a garden window to be perfect.  Kurt pointed out that the window was over the sink area and the reach into the window to operate opening mechanisms would be greater than what he would consider to be ideal.  It didn't take long to realize he was right and this was a detail I had completely missed. Based on presentation and Kurt asking us what our wants and needs were, his patience and willingness to spend the time to answer our questions we ordered the window from Aluminum Associates. The price was also within the expected range of what we had in mind based on our research.
Let's fast forward to installation day.
We were notified the window was in his shop and he had us scheduled.  Date and arrival time was confirmed.  The morning of installation it was pouring - Kurt called to let us know he had his crew on a 2 hour rain delay. A much appreciated customer service call.  The crew arrived at the rescheduled time, introduced themselves, gave me an overview of what they would be doing to remove the old window, prep the space for the new window and complete the installation. Kurt stopped by during the day to see how it was going and to see if I had any questions or concerns. At the end of the day when the project was completed I thought the area outside would be littered with debris from the removal of the old window, not to mention sawdust from the trim that had to be cut for the interior frame. The did have down drop cloths, but you know how that goes, sometimes.
There was absolutely no mess anywhere - inside or out.  I was amazed. The finish work of both the inside and outside trim around the window is beautiful.  It really sets the window off nicely and blends perfect with existing trim.
Prior to leaving I was given a tutorial on how to remove the screen, how the locks and cranks work and how to easily clean the glass. - as well as the reminder should I have any questions to not hesitate to give a call.
Not a day has gone by this week we each haven't said how much we are so glad we had this done, and have commented on how the garden window would definitely have not been the right choice.
Thank you, again, to Kurt and his crew at Aluminum Associates.

Kert Sloan worked with us on determining the best product to fit our budget.  We paid 1/3 down upon signing the contract and the remainder upon job completion.  As stated above, the work met and exceeded our expectations.

They are really good. You can count on them to do a good job, but they are a little pricey. He gave me an estimate for the porch job that was $1285.00, and it ended up being too low because he had to remove doors and do more work on some rotting wood. The final cost was $2055.00. His crew is really experienced and professional. I have no complaints about their quality of work. If you are looking for good work and don't mind paying top dollar, I would recommend them.

I loved them and I don't care if they were double than others. I would call them in a heart beat. The work is beautiful and I have not seen anybody take so much care in matching. They also gave it an aesthetic look. There is nothing hanging down and no little pieces here and there. It is gorgeous and extremely clean. There was not a nail or a piece of the siding or the insulation board on the ground. There was nothing on the ground when they left from here and if you don't look up and see the siding you wouldn't know they were here.
