They were easy to contact, arranged a quick estimate and got the job done right away. I was kicking myself for waiting so long to deal with these issues. It was actually easy and made a big impact in our yard

Awesome service. I had called other companies that were scaring me into cutting what looked like perfectly healthy trees. Rick Landis is an arborist. He came and recommended proper care to avoid weakening and issues with falling branches. This was 4 years ago (I just joined Angie's again) and I have not have a problem since. I will be calling Rick back if I ever have an issue with a tree!

Assessment of a >100 year old maple and bushes on property.

I called Landis and the office personnel said that it might be a week to have the owner out for a quote as it was their busy season. The quote was done within three days, and I called and spoke with the owner the following day to ask a couple of questions about the job. Once I was satisfied, I called the office to approve the work. The receptionist said that it would most likely be about three weeks and again, if I didn't have to be on site, they would just show up any day to do the work. About three weeks later I received a phone call asking for permission to drive on my lawn to prune the trees and that they would be working on them that day. The work was completed the following day and all the debris was removed. The only complication was that in trimming the one tree, the workmen hit the power lines and cut power to my street. The power co restored it within a couple of hours.

Damage was done to my fence. Asked for cost to repair and was ignored.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. HAD THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND ACTUALLY DID A LITTLE MORE THAN EXPECTED; PUT MULCH AROUND THE AREA WHERE WE STORE OUR OUTSIDE TRASHCANS TO MAKE THE JOB LOOK COMPLETE. THEY DO A GREAT JOB WITH TREES AS WELL. WE HAVE HUGE OAK TREES OVER 100 YEARS OLD AND THEY HAVE TRIMMED THEM PERIODICALLY AND DAVE LANDIS, THE OWNER, KNOWS HIS FIELD. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AND DEFINITELY WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.

CLEAN UP WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THIS IS OUR FIFTH YEAR. THE SERVICE SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.

IT WAS AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. THEY CAME IN WITHIN A REASONABLE NUMBER OF DAYS AND CLEANED UP THE ENTIRE YARD.

THEY DIDN'T CALL WHEN THEY ARRIVED (AS REQUESTED). WE REQUESTED THAT THEY LEAVE THE WOOD FOR OUR USE, THEY TOOK IT. OUR DRIVEWAY WAS DAMAGED BY THEIR EQUIPMENT. AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS FROM MY HUSBAND, THEY NEVER RETURNED WOOD AS PROMISED.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THEY TOOK ALL OF THE TREES AND BUSHES AWAY.

THEY USED THEIR CHIPPER AND TURNED THE BRANCHES INTO MULCH FOR ME AND THE TREE CHOPPED DOWN WAS CUT INTO LOG LENGTH FOR FIREWOOD. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND FLEXIBLE.
