Everyone I spoke with within Farm & Home was polite, PROFESSIONAL, and returned phone calls when they promised. We had previously arranged an automatic fill up of our tank for 10/15 - since cold weather started setting in early (and our tank was almost empty), we called to have them come a week earlier. Because there was some confusion as to the necessity of filling the tank, I had two make two calls to be sure the delivery was confirmed for the Friday before we moved in (on Saturday). All in all, to date we are satisfied with their service and assuming their high level of service continues, I am willing to pay the .10 cents/gallon premium over another provider (which I did not have a comfort level with over the phone).

I had been using this company to service my 30 year old heater, and the time finally came for a replacement. I purchased a high efficiency heater. They were professional and courteous all through the job. The day of installation, the crew showed up early in the morning, worked straight through, and didn't finish until almost midnight, as they were determined to get it done. The heater has been excellent and my oil usage has dropped about 30%. I needed a permit from the borough to get this work done, and Farm and Home was very helpful with this too.

Salesman Rick Dunn was outstanding. On time. Knowledgeable. Made the job go very easy. (Manager) Scott Mayhew was great.
