THEIR BID WAS COMPETITIVE WITH TWO OTHER LANDSCAPING FIRMS. WHERE THEY EXCELLED WAS UNDERSTANDING THE VARIOUS PLANT GOODS AND HOW THE GROWING HABITS WOULD SUPPORT OUR OBJECTIVES OF LONG TERM LOW MAINTENANCE.
