All renovations went extremely well. Dave always showed up when he said he would and was always on time. He kept in constant contact with me by e-mail, cell phone or texting to keep me updated with progress, supply orders, next faze of work, etc. He would offer design suggestions when he thought they would work better. He was always professional, has a great disposition, always cheerful. Overall its been a great experience and I would definitely contract his services again and highly recommend him to anyone.

I contacted David Cross Construction. Dave promptly came out and discussed the project with me. Shortly after I received a detailed, written estimate for the project. The estimate was very detailed and included everything we had discussed. Construction started the end of September. Dave's eye for detail was evident throughout the project. Dave and his assistant arrived promptly and remained dedicated to the project until completion. The job site was kept very neat, tidy and with minimal disturbance to the rest of the property. Dave communicated at every point of the project (email, text and phone) and responded promptly. Dave was open to my vision of the project and even worked with me through a few last minute idea changes. The final result is a beautiful patio that will serve as a great backyard retreat for many years to come. Dave is a true craftsman and I would definitely use David Cross Construction for any future remodeling projects.

We designed it together. They were professional, on time and did a fantastic job. Their price was very reasonable. I wanted to have a few doors installed and would call them today to have that done.

Dave provides great value at reasonable prices. He's very honest and easy to work with. If he doesn't feel comfortable with a job, he will say so up front and not give you a runaround. That said, he exceeds expectations for the things he does do. After doing some really large jobs for us, he was kind enough to come out and give us an estimate for something minor (we were worried it might not be worth his time). We are very happy with everything he's done.

The service was excellent. The work was done while I was away. They did everything well, and cleaned up after themselves.
