The electrical part of the project was mired in constant change orders, some of which should have been obviated by careful initial planning. In the end, it turns out that Blosser installed uninsulated recessed downlights rather than the insulated type that were specified. While they replaced the downlights under threat of lawsuit they took no responsibility for the significant damage to drywall ceilings the replacement caused.
