Ben and the team @ Backyard Medic were excellent. Great work and experience! They care for the work they do! The attention to detail and extra effort was surprising and appreciated! They are experts and it showed. I would highly recommend and would use again!

Ben and his assistant did a great job. He hauled away the old material and rocks pulled from the post holes. Replaced split rail on 3 sides and red cedar privacy fence along the road. Great job with the gates. Looks awesome and very solid! Highly recommend!

Ben did a great job! The finished product looks beautiful. We always understood what was going on throughout the process. They were respectful of our property and our neighbors property. They clean up after everyday so the yard was usable. When they left after completing the job other than the fact that we had a beautiful new fence you couldn't tell that they had been here. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic! Ben was able to provide a quote shortly after inspecting the job. We took him up and was able to start the next week. He replaced ~100' of fence and two dilapidated gates in two days.

We needed fence work in our back yard for our new dog. We got excellent advice on the type of fence that would meet our needs. When the work was done we got top quality materials and workmanship. We plan on expanding the area of our back yard that will be fenced in in the future and Back Yard Medic will be our first choice to do the job.

Ben was very helpful with determining which type of fence we should get. We originally wanted a white vinyl 6' fence and even tho it would have cost us more, Ben explained the pros and cons of high vinyl over a red cedar wood fence. We opted for the wood fence and are extremely happy with the results. And the job was finished in one day and except for the new fence, you would not even know his crew was on the property. I will definitely recommend Ben and Backyard Medic to my friends and family.

Our yard was a bit challenging, due to hills and irregular shape, but Ben came up with good creative solutions to ensure the fence would function well and look great. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He is very knowledgeable about the available fencing styles and manufacture's products. He offered a lot of options and made good suggestions regarding style and placement. He spent a lot of time talking through possible options. He took his time with the install. We are very happy with the outcome and would gladly recommend him to friends/family. We have gotten a lot of compliments about the appearance of the fence. Working with Backyard Medic on this project was a pleasure. From start to finish, the owner Ben handled everything with politeness, professionalism, and expertise. I had received an estimate from another business. Although Backyard Medic came in with an price that was about the same, Backyard Medic won the job because the owner, Ben W., provided me with extra information about the materials to be used, allowing me to make an informed decision about the type of wood that would be best for my property. I also liked the fact that he does all the work himself. I thought I'd get a better result that way. Ben listened to my concerns about making sure the fence was as escape-proof as possible for my dogs. I didn't feel like I was being given a sales-y pitch. He's plain spoken and comes across as trustworthy. Ben started and finished the work right on-time. He didn't require me to clear all the vegetation around the existing fence. Instead, he cleared what he needed himself. This was great as I had a hand injury and wasn't able to do it myself. He cleared a lot of unwanted vegetation that I now don't have to worry about. The fence is absolutely beautiful and I am very happy with it. Backyard Medic's knowledge and experience shines through in the project, with a fence that perfectly follows the contours of my property, is gorgeous thick cedar wood, and well-constructed. He also installed a double gate. I love the hinges! He recommended a downward scallop, which I had not thought of myself, but it's perfect. I highly recommend Backyard Medic, and I only wish I had more work for them.

Ben and his team did an outstanding job! Love the fence which Ben actually recommended! The fence makes our yard look that much better. He kept to the schedule (2 days) and always kept me informed of the installation progress. My smaller gate needs repairs or replaced and I will not hesitate in having Ben and his team do the work! I was impressed with how thorough Ben was in walking the fence with me and showing me his recommendations. His written estimate was also thorough and itemized what the costs would be for a couple of additional repairs that may/may not be needed as they got into the job. They completed the job within the timeframe promised and did very good quality work. We will definitely use them again in the future.
