Auto Tires
I arrived as scheduled for what I was told would be an hour job. The staff was courteous and friendly. However, over 2 hours later I was still waiting for my car. The total time to do the job was 2 hours and 20 minutes. This was a great inconvenience to me since I needed to return to work and was late. The worst part of dealing with this garage I just discovered. My car has a tire pressure monitoring system which notifies the driver if a tire is losing pressure. One of the wheel sensors needed to be replaced and I discovered that Sandone did not return the wheels to their programmed positions or reprogram the sensors to learn their new positions. So I had no way of knowing which sensor needed to be replaced. This caused an extra expense to locate the faulty sensor and reprogram the remaining 3. In my opinion Sandone Tire is not qualified to service the high tech cars of today.
