Mr. Wheeler has not finished any of the jobs he was paid for. Our second floor is demolished. One room was painted and completed several months ago. He returned approximately 2 months ago for one night for several hours and painted some trim. He went over the upstairs plans again and told us to order materials although materials were to be included in contract. He stated he would return in two weeks to complete these jobs, however , he never did. Despite our attempts to get him to return to complete the work, Mr. Wheeler has not. He no longer returns our phone calls or texts. We have finally made a claim with the State Attorney General's office.
