We needed this company and Tom called us quickly. We planed the job and they arrived on time. Tom, the person we talked initionally, he came, discussed what we wanted done, and finished in a timely manner. Our rugs look brand new! The cost was good and they did a great job. We will call them when we need them. They professionally clean other things besides rugs. You won’t be sorry if you hire them.

The estimate for the job was $470.00, yet the men who did the cleaning charge was $175.00. I paid what the men asked and they stated being that we had all the small furniture moved and they didn't have to move any. Also the estimate was 18 steps and there was only 16. The company called us back and said we owned them $395.00 because of the estimate. We were not happy about this claim.

Well, I do not have anything to make any kind of comparison. this was the first time in my 50 + yrs. having something like this done. but the carpet looked like it did when we moved in 2 yrs. ago. And as far as value for the work that was done, I have no idea. the cost for me for 3 bed rm, living, dining, steps, small core was$300/$21 tax. I don't know if they were the best or worst, they did a very good job.
