They are very prompt. When they tell you that they are going to make a delivery on a given day, they do so. They have a lot of different payment options which is handy. The delivery people are very personable. When they bring the hose around the yard to get to the fuel tank they are very careful not to smash any plants. I've been using them for 4 years. It's always a kind of a painful experience because it's always a big check or charge to the credit card to get the fuel tank filled. They have never disappointed. Generally I have not had any problems. I have actually occasionally run the fuel tank almost empty and they must be providing pretty good quality oil because it's not damaged my furnace. You are not supposed to run it that low because with less quality oil you get sludge and precipitate in the bottom of the tank. And since I did come very very close to doing that and did not have any problems, I have to think the quality of the fuel they are providing has to be pretty good. If you and your neighbors all get a delivery all in the same day, like you call them up and say okay you are going to go to these 4 houses they give you a discount on the price which is a really nice thing.

I have a 500-gallon tank and the price right now is about $3.65 a gallon. We like them but the prices are going up so much; price is the only thing right now.
