BCM LANDSCAPING

Demolition work was finished and my wall area was left a muddy mess after it had rained for several days. The contractor left the work site go for several weeks. He returned with his workers and the workers/laborers partially installed the wall. Many pieces had broken corners and were inferior. The job was left again for several weeks. I found out that he wasn't paying his employees and they quit working for him. I also found out that he had several lawsuits against him for not finishing several construction jobs. I wasn't a member of Angie's List before I hired him, but I am now! If only I would have looked at this site and the BBB site, I would have NEVER hired him. This bad experience taught me a valued lesson. Do not use this contractor! I paid him $3,000+ to do the second job. After I saw the poor workmanship on the wall, I told him I didn't want him to do the paint job. He agreed to return my money. I doubt that I will ever see it. I see a lawsuit in my future.

Butch was nice initially, then became increasingly condescending and finally belligerent. I am now seeking damages against him, as he failed to rectify the problem.
