Assure Computer Solutions

I had used this provider in the past but not through Angie's list and he seemed to know what he was doing and cared about his business, however I was wrong in my impression of him.  I called him to set up a time for him to come to my home to just to check to see why my new  computer wasn't able to wifi connect or even connect through a phone line and he told me he would be at my home on Monday at 9:00 a.m.  Not only did he not show up but he didn't even call.  For more than a week I tried leaving messages for him by phone, sent him an email message through his web site, and sent him a text message - no response to any of my attempts to make contact.  I was actually concerned as to what the problem might be and really wondered if he was alright because I really didn't think he was that irresponsible.  This business is just a part time job for this young man, so I finally tried to reach him at his full time job.  When I did talk to him he just made multiple lame excuses about not coming or calling, and finally I just told him that if he didn't want to do the job just say so, and he said he didn't think he could.  I told him it would have been polite and professional if he would have called and told me so I could have found someone else, and his reply was "I thought you would just find someone else."  Needless to say, this young man is not a reliable person nor very professional when it comes to his business dealings.
