CSI is dependable and stands by their work. This is the second time we have used their services and will use them again in the future. They are very professional and care about the job they do.

Jeff and his team were amazing! We have a second home in the Poconos (PA) and often we can't get contractors to call us back or even come out for an intitial consultation; that was not Jeff. Jeff returned calls when he said he would, he arrived when he said he would, and he followed up after the job was done; we haven't seen this type of service in a long time. I can't say enough about how Jeff's professionalism made me feel very confident that we picked the right guy to do this job. We bought our house in 2009 and never had anything done with the driveway. Jeff came out for our initial consult and explained exactly what we needed to do, issues that we might come across (due to our location, trees, and growth in the driveway) and exactly how he would fix and patch some of the areas, and what he would do to fully complete the job. We were not present when he and his team arrived, however Jeff called us to tell us he was there and beginnng the job, explained how long we needed to stay off of the driveway and that he would send pictures when he was done. Jeff sent multiple pictures of the "new-looking" driveway. When we came back to our home, a few days later, the driveway looked AMAZING; it looked so much better than the pictures! Jeff followed up with a phone call to see what we thought and I could not have complimented him and his team enough; we were so excited with how awesome our driveway now looked. Jeff and his crew did a fabulous job. Jeff showed up to give me an estimate when he said he would and his crew arrived at our house at the agreed upon time. They were very thorough and professional, sealing larger cracks with rubber. They did a wonderful job and I will definitely use them again.

They are endorsed by Pocono race park so their product is quality. It took about a day, the work was great. The communication and quality is great.

Its very difficult to find reliable contractors in the Pocinos. CSI did an Excellent job and I am very pleased wit the results. Very responsive, fair price, work was done in a quick and efficient manner. They even patched several small holes in my driveway. I would definitely use them again.

It was a very good job. We have the driveway for a 20-25 years, and this is the best sealing we have had. High;y recommend. They also commercial as well. They came when they said they would, very professional, and polite.

Temperature was 91 degrees, arrived late morning, they didn't rush, were meticulous, professional, courteous, neat, and explained every step of the job. When completed the job was perfect and couldn't have been happier. They cleaned up after themselves, put things back where they belonged. The work crew came and thanked me before they left . What more could you ask. Jeff did a great job hiring and educating his workers to what's expected of them in my opinion.

Everything went well. It was a slow start due to the amount of rain, but it all worked out and the job was completed timely. It was a pleasure working with Jeff who was very professional every step of the way. It took me a long time to select someone to complete this job and I was very happy with my selection to use CSI. I would highly recommend CSI for your asphalt needs.

Today, Jeff made good on his promise, CSI Asphalt Maintenance resurfaced my sidewalk and driveway FREE OF CHARGE. OK, I was disappointed because he came back to say he would seal coating my driveway for a fee. I thought everything needs to be done to my driveway was included in the price. I did not know seal coating was extra money or that it was needed to be done. He also, had to come back to fixed the driveway correct. I do not know what is call, but in front of the driveway it was not raise to stop the water from running down the driveway. Before he did the work, the front of the driveway was higher than the rest of the driveway. He did come back and fixed it right after I called him.

Contacted CSI. They came in, setup a quote (price higher than what I expected). But the work, communication and the service was - well worth it! They were professional, prompt, and the work was quality. I was kept appraised every step of the way. The damage was repaired and the driveway sealed. It’s looks and feels like a brand new driveway. I can’t praise them enough… Highly recommended.

Was beyond my expectations

Excellent job! Jeff returned my initial call promptly and showed up the next morning to give us a quote. We knew he was giving us a very fair price for the job as we had other quotes. We were so impressed with him, his knowledge, and his explanations of the products to be used and how that we hired him on the spot! He was able to get us on his schedule for the next day and his crew was very friendly and did a wonderful job. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again when it’s time to reseal.

Called for an estimate, Jeff responded same day and job was scheduled 4 days later. His crew were the most professional and courteous individuals we have ever worked with. The crack repair and sealcoating has made our 20 year old driveway look brand new. We have already had several neighbors drive by and compliment CSI's work. Contracting with CSI was the best experience ever from start to finish. Great job, great price, great people! What's not to love! P.S. After Jeff's crew finished the job and left, a dog in the neighborhood was loose and walked on a section of the driveway. We were heartsick and contacted Jeff. He immediately let us know that it was not a problem and his crew would be back the next day to repair. Just unbelievable response and service from these guys. We cannot say enough about this company.

They were great!  On time, professional, friendly and clean.  All the workers were respectful and Jeff the owner answered all my questions honestly and completely.  I highly recommend CSI for their quality of work and professionalism.

What a fantastic company! Wonderful experience. Jeff called right back and we had an estimate for our driveway repair and sealcoating the next day. Job was scheduled 4 days after contacting Jeff. His work crew were unbelievable. Great guys. Could not have been more professional or caring in executing the project. Our driveway looks brand new (3200 sq. ft.). We are thrilled to have worked with this contractor. Reliable, great guys, good price and our driveway looks like a work of art! What's not to love!
