"Thank you (Member name removed) for the positive review. As you know we strive for 100 percent satisfaction. Thank you for being such a loyal customer. We look forward to helping you with all of your automotive needs in the future."
It was easy enough job and I do have automotive experience but I do not have the expensive equipment to perform this job.
The work was completed at timely manner they even took it for test run. When I took the car from them I immediately felt the car was pulling to left and this was not a slight pull if you let your hand off the wheel you would go into oncoming traffic. So I brought up the Kost Tire in Mt. Pocono and had them recheck my front end, at no cost to me. They also gave me a computer readout of the alignment, the alignment was so bad that I brought the car back to best auto with the computer printout
he insisted that it was the tires that they gave me, that the steel belt within the tire became loose and throwing the tire off balance.
My whole life working with cars I never heard of such a thing, have any of you? Okay for the benefit of the doubt I let them replace the tire after they test drove the car they gave it back to me and said it was fine. It was not I still had the fight with the steering wheel to keep it on the road. I went back to them, then they blame all the road in the Poconos and that the car will always full. I brought the car back to them and insisted that they check out the front alignment, so they realigned the front end test drove the car and found it to be working perfectly. They Hand me the keys to the car and I was on my way, only to find that the car wanted to go into the trees. So I brought up to Kost Tire in Mount Poconos again with a check the alignment to find that the cars tires were completely out. Again I was given the computer readout I try to talk to the owner of best auto to try and figure out his problem , was his computer wheel aligner out of calibration? Or could it be that the people working on it were not properly trained. At that time he was talking down to me like I knew nothing and blamed the steel belts and tires were out of balance. I wasted enough time and money with best auto at that point. I had to swallow the loss and move on .I went up to
Kost Tires and had them realign my front end on my car.The work was good the car drove straightant the price was very reasonable.
Almost a year went by receiving his best auto advertisements and I want to get off his mailing list so replied back to him moments later I received a phone call from the owner, he must've still remembered me have my phone number. Got into a conversation about the Subaru and what steps I had to do in order to solve the problem, I got into a heated argument with the owner of best auto where he actually called me out to go down to his place of business for fistfight . This is a person that is supposed to be taking care of the customer and making sure that your vehicle is safe to drive. So please heed my warning for your safety and well-being.
"***THIS IS TOO IMPORTANT NOT TO READ***......as the owners of Best Auto we feel very strongly in responding to this negative review. First, our number one goal is to make sure that every customer leaving our shop is completely satisfied with the repairs done on their cars, but as most business owners know, sometimes there are a few customers you just CANNOT please no matter what. With this said, let us explain how this situation transpired. The customer came into our shop in 2010 and purchased 2 tires and an alignment. 4 months later he complained of a pulling, we found that one of the tires had a radial pull which any professional shop should know what that means. In good faith, we placed the one tire NO CHARGE and did the alignment NO CHARGE. When the vehicle left our shop there was no pulling and we explained to the customer that on a crowned road a vehicle can drift and this is a normal condition. We thought this was a sufficient end to the matter. Our shop regularly sends out reminders via e-mail or text to our customers about upcoming maintenance or promotions. Customers have the options to opt out of these reminders if they choose so. The customer apparently did not want these reminders sent to him, so instead of requesting to opt out politely, he obscenely responded with an ''F U' which was spelled out. This of course made us question why he would respond in such a nasty manner, so we called him to find out why he was so angry with us. During this conversation he did get nasty and in return we told him to come to the shop and talk about this matter, but he declined. Again, in business, there are customers that you just cannot please and this happens to be one of them. We have hundreds of loyal, satisfied customers who come to us exclusively and leave us positive comments all the time. Also, why would the customer wait 2 1/2 years to make such a complaint about us?? Strange...huh?"
Then I found Best Auto Service Center. I've been to Best Auto four times, and all four times I was treated with a level of honesty and integrity that is rare. They've gone out of their way to explain issues my car was having, even offering me safe alternatives when I couldn't afford a lot of work. They provided necessary services at very fair prices, and always made me feel welcome and informed about what was going on. That's important! I've dealt with several employees and mechanics. Namely, the owner Tom Sforza and the lead mechanic... I think his name is Craig.
"Thank you customer for taking the time to write a review for us. We strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction and we do that one customer at a time. Thank you for being a great customer. We look forward to serving your car needs for many years."
