My dishwasher would not Draincompletely. They came out that same day. It needed a part which was promptly ordered. It arrived the next day and was installed.

The serviceman game to check our refrigerator because it suddenly stopped working. We had already moved it so he could have access to it. He checked and found the compressor needed to be replaced. We decided not to have it done as the refrigerator was over 10 years old. He apologized for having to charge us, but we knew what the service charge when we called.

I decided not to have the refrigerator repaired as it was very old. The guy who came out was very professional. He was very apologetic for having charged me the money for the service call as I told him not to repair it. The price of the refrigerator part would have cost more than what the refrigerator was worth. They come out on time. If they cannot make it on time, they do call to let you know what is going on. The people who are working for them are very nice and very professional. I would use their service in the future too.
