The installer was very prompt, clean, professional, and very neat, cleaned up after himself.  This company leads by example of what you want from an organization.  When I went to order the door, the salesman took the time to show me different types of doors and answered all of my questions.  I wouldn't hesitate to deal with this company again.

Started work within 2 weeks of quote. Ran into a very tight squeeze for the side motor openers. Had to cut a notch in some 2x4's As a result, job took longer than expected, but they stayed late to finish up. Very professional installation, and everything worked well. Would highly recommend.

All-Door (Frank) made an emergency call on a weekend to make a quick fix on my broken garage door spring so I could use my garage door (garage door wouldn't open with a broken spring). Then came out a week later to replace the springs with new ones.
Quick, professional, polite and GREAT service. Actually better service and price than I expected, being that they had to travel about 30 miles round-trip from Swoyersville (Kingston area) to Mountain Top.

Very pleased with whole experience. They even made an extra trip to help open the door when the spring broke before the door was available to install. They honored the coupon after the price was finalized as I didn't notice it before the agreed to price was established. Will tell others of good experience.

Everything went perfectly. No problems or delays, no surprise additional expenses. The crew was very polite and professional and did the job in about 5 hours. We couldn't be more pleased!

He came out the same day and he was all business. He did exactly what I wanted him to do with no fuss. What caught my eye, was I asked him how much it would of cost if they built the whole track for my garage door. He told me that my track was built in pieces from Sears and if they would have put one in, it would have been one steel rod that would of been stronger. Since the track was very loose he also straightened it for me at no cost.

stopped in on a friday, the salesman came out on a saturday to measure and give estimate. had already received an estimate from another company- however they did not seem overly resonsive. all doos sales estimate was $500 more than the other company- however when I told the sale reps [and showed him the estimate] they matched it on the spot- no negotiation needed. that sealed the deal. all mterials were in stock, and they intalled the next week. took only a few hours. installers are not the most friendly, but they did a good job.

The service man arrived on time, and replaced the spring within an hour.  He also adjusted the door, and it is now quieter than it ever was.  He was very courteous and professional.  The estimate was right on the mark, and I was not charged for the additional adjustments he made.

called for an estimate which I received the same day, approved the cost of the estimate, chose a the color my wife and I wanted the door came in approximately 10 days later and was installed two days after it arrived. The installer cleaned up his mess and the work was beautiful.

They were great.  They worked for us on 27th of July.  They were very professional.  They really did a good job and their clean up was great. I would recommend them.

Salesman came to home and showed me garage door photos in a brochure to select from.  He helped me with window placement on the door, design of window and door, and what type of door to order.  He also attached a piece of wood to my old garage door to temporarily hold the door together as it was falling apart!  Door was ready for installation in two weeks and looks beautiful!  Exemplary customer service!  Highly recommend!  :O)

They were excellent! The quality is superb, the look is beautiful and the company was wonderful to work with.

Leaving for work at 4:00 am I found my 200 ft driveway snowed in (we'd plowed it at 8:00 the night before, waiting as late as possible). Plowed it again and as I attempted to leave found I could not see clearly out of my rear window (too small). So, I lifted the rear hatch and reversed into the partially open garage door, knocking it off the hinges. Desperate to get to work (flight crew) I hammered the door back into place and left. My wife called all door and they took care of it all. even repaired the wood trim around the garage door, as well as replaced the rubber strip at the bottom of the door. All Door is tops!!!

I called for an estimate and Ed stopped by that same day. He was patient and took a considerable amount of time explaining my options and the pricing. I dread dealing with salespeople, but this was a good experience. Although it took longer than expected to install the doors because the openings were odd and the installer was dealing with old construction, my husband and I were very happy with his conscientious work and with the new doors. When the installer realized that a very small portion of settled concrete created a slight gap between the door and floor, he suggested solutions and then, unexpectedly called back to say he had a better idea. He came back an hour later and made the seal perfect with beefier weatherstripping. Excellent customer service! I'm doubtful I will need garage door services for many, many years, but we will recommend this company to friends.

I was apprehensive about calling, because I was afraid I'd end up being sold new doors even though the broken one could be fixed, especially since, I said I also wanted a quote for new doors. The door had been broken for months, so I wasn't in a terrible hurry to get it repaired. But, Leo listened and in less than a week, at a time that was convenient to me, he sent Joe to fix the door and take measurements. Joe was prompt, polite, and informative and both doors now work great! When it's time to buy new doors, I'll definitely call Leo.
