Front porch was completed but noticed one of the columns was crooked and he stated no other ones were but didn't fix it. Also noticed the front porch cover is seperating from the rest of porch. Then he kept coming up with new prices after we signed a contract and he was paid. He started the demolition of my old retaining and then requested more money and left the job undone after he was already paid and the contract was sighted. Charged me three times as much than the actual price of building permits and never got the permits. I was cited by BBI. Learned from the BBI inspector that he has done that a few times in the past. I have to go to court to attempt to recover my money and find someone else to complete the work and fix the problems. Will also have to replace lawn equipment that he damaged while doing work.
Description of Work: Needed my front porch rebuilt, my retaining wall replaced and a new garage done.
