Juliet Koczak, Architect is a full service architectural firm which provides expertise in residential architecture. The focus of JKA is to create a harmonious balance between new construction, existing surroundings, and the natural environment. Juliet Koczak is a registered architect with 15 years of architectural experience. With an extensive background in new home construction, additions, and renovations, Juliet offers clients quality designs to help create their ideal home. She believes that the best projects recognize both the character of the house and the personality of the owners. Working closely with each client, she ensures that the final design not only fulfills their needs, but also reflects their personal style. As a LEED Accredited Professional, she is able to provide environmentally responsible options for each project. Juliet is a graduate of Columbia University (Bachelor of Arts, 1999) and the Rhode Island School of Design (Master of Architecture, 2005). In addition to her professional work, Juliet has worked with the Community Design Collaborative to provide pro bono design services to non-profits in the greater Philadelphia area.
