We supply staffing, bartenders, servers for events for dinner parties of 4 people to large events of 2,400. You make the food we can set, serve and clean up. OR We can coordinate the entire event by providing rental, caterers, florist, music, etc. We handle the parts of the entertaining that you do not want to do. We excel with home events, but can assist in any location for almost any occasion.

I reached out to Joy of Party Helpers a week before our party.. I received a call back within a couple hours. After a few minutes, Joy had assessed our needs and suggested a plan to provide 2 staff for our party. Joy, is very experienced, and after reviewing the details and costs, she followed it up in writting, by email, for our approval. Party Helpers of Philadelphia, are true professionals, with a network of dedicated and proven staff, that will take the responsibility of attending to ever detail, to assure your party is as enjoyable for you as your guests! Staff arrived promptly 9AM Reviewed the menu and did a walk through of the party areas Discussed our preferences Identified location of food, equipment, dinnerware, supplies Prepared floural presentation of hot and cold appraisers Iced and placed beverage setups Set up chaffing dishes Placed tablecloths, and floural arrangements on tables Heated prepared foods and sauces Set up desert table and designed presentation arrangements Attended food stations, keeping items fresh and replenished Continually removed and cleaned used dinnerware and trash Served all hot entrées to guests Kept in good communication with us to be sure things were going as we wished Were very flexible to the needs and flow of our guests Inquired as to when we wished each food station to be dismantled At the end of the party did a complete breakdown, clean up and storage of all leftovers and equipment Bernadette and Shawna are remarkable! They are professional, creative, personable and intuitive. We have hosted many parties over the years, with professional waite staff; yet this is the first time I was able to spend the majority of my time with our guests. The bartender and server were a godsend. I was able to feel like a guest at my own party. The bartender was able to make mixed drinks based upon liquor in my cabinets and was nice enough to send recipes for popular cocktails in advance so that I could purchase additional bar ingredients. The server was able to assist with making appetizers and salads and took control of food serving and table clearing. The bartender and server worked together to clear food and wash dishes. Everything went very well. I am very pleased with the services and will definitely use Party Helpers again in the future.

Price is approximate, as I can't remember. I do remember it was worth every penny. Party Helpers had so many great ideas. I learned a lot. They adapted beautifully to my kitchen and anticipated what was needed. I'd never put a home event in someone else's hands and was very glad I did. I was able to enjoy my own party without worrying. Thank you, Party Helpers.

They arrived on time. The were courteous, careful and thorough. The lead server was especially terrific! She took charge of everything, from decorating the tables to making sure everything was back in place when they left. All 3 of them worked hard, were pleasant to my guests, and easy to have around. I was 100% satisfied and would use them again!
