Great. Very efficient, friendly and great to deal with. Don and Germany crew were exceptional.

Don came out and performed a site visit based on what I contacted him for. He got back to be the same day to set up an appointment for the site visit. After looking at the site he made suggestions which I might want to consider. He never pressed me to do something. He was willing to troubleshoot and try to correct the problem. I told him to give me a price on his suggestions which included the upgraded panel, running 2 circuits and removing the 2 220v circuits as well as installing a new circuit protection since out current ones were not working anymore. He got back to me in a couple of days with a firm bid and I decided to go with the entire package. We scheduled it for a couple of days later.

He sent two electricians out to perform the job. They were both professional and worked well together. The job took all day and when they were finished they cleaned everything up. There was no debris left behind. During the day, Don stopped by to see how everything was going and to see if they needed anything. The only thing was that they were short on a couple of circuit breakers for the circuit protection so they went out and picked them up at a local home improvement store which is only ten minutes from us and came back to finish the job.

They were able to install the outside circuit in the front of the house imbedded within the brickwork so that it looks like it was there when they built the house.

The updated panel solved our initial problem with the flickering. When the old panel was removed they showed me what was causing the problem which was moisture was getting in the service panel and the main breaker terminals were starting to corrode. Since the panel was so old anyway it would have needed to get upgraded.

We are completely satisfied with how everything went and would have them back for any other work that needs performed. We would certainly recommend them to anyone within their service area.

The estimate was a range of prices which proved to be helpful and the actual cost was at the low end of the estimate. The work and professionalism of the crew was outstanding. They were punctual and very pleasant to be around. They were careful of the house and its contents. They were extremely helpful in explaining the process and did excellent work.
I have recommended them to several people and will absolutely hire them in the future. A great experience.

Guy arrived on time. He was very courteous and removed his shoes while working inside my home. I discussed with him all of our issues. As he was addressing each one, he explained to me what he did. Our home is only 6 years old but the wiring was poorly done. He identified a couple potential fire hazards in our fuse box due to the wiring. We live in a quad building (a total of 4 units attached to each other) so we did inform our neighbors. We also recommended PLS Electrical to them. We are preparing to put our current home up for sale but will be moving to an area where; if I should need electrical work, I would definitely call PLS.

Guy came out on a Saturday, four days after I called. He explained what was causing the problem,
wires loose in switches, older style switches. He changed 2 switches in the kitchen and one in the dining room.
He checked the breaker box and all connections coming into house, he tightened everything and applied a protective gel.
He was very informative, friendly and efficient. He was very considerate! It was snowing and he took off his shoes by the front door. He walked through the garage without his shoes on! He answered all of my questions and was very knowledge. We will definite call them for electrical needs in the future!
