We are the fifth generation of a family-owned construction business with over 30 years of operation.The Ross family has been contracting in the Central Pennsylvania region since four brothers immigrated from Scotland in 1756. Many of our communities, homes and businesses have been built by the Ross family. The company has grown into a full-service customer oriented business with specialized employees ranging from master carpenters to in-house CAD designers. Services offered by Paul Q. Ross Construction range from small home renovations to large additions. Kitchen and bathrooms, garages, pole barns, project management services and light commercial - Paul Q. Ross is capable of fulfilling all of your construction needs with the upmost quality service and competitive pricing. Our Project Managers and Coordinators produce estimates and proposals which are detailed and concise making them easy to understand even if you are not familiar with construction terms. They will also assist customers with design and planning ideas both visually and verbally. Our experienced carpenters and craftsmen are capable of producing quality custom projects of every description by utilizing our in-house woodworking machinery. Description of Work: I contacted this company for a price quote for a future project. They responded immediately to my inquiry from Angie's List to set up an appointment. They were prompt, courteous and thoroughly professional. Once I have my money saved, I will secure them for my project.

Description of Work: Paul Ross added a new addition to my existing home. This was not an easy task being on to new. This happen in 2005. I am happy with the results accept I wish the master bedroom, bath and office would have been larger. I think that was a mix-up with the project manager (Bob) at the time and no longer employed by Paul Ross. If I had another project I would use them again. Paul Ross the owner is a good man and stands by his work.

We had Ross's Construction to our house to give a quote on a big remodeling job, He looked things over and told us he would get back to us in a couple of weeks with the quote. After a month of waiting for a phone call from them I called them 2-3 times before they finally decided to take my call and explain to me that they would not be taking the job. I told him that he could have called me weeks ago to tell me this instead of leaving us hanging and he said yes that that was bad business but that we just kept getting shuffled to the bottom of his to do list. Very bad Business, Would not recommend to anyone...

The insurance covered most of it. We were totally pleased and everything went fine. They did excellent work. They cleaned up after the job and they were good guys to have around. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
