Final cost was twice the original estimate. He blamed the door company for faulty construction of the door when in fact it was a very poor installation of the door by Mr Hoagland (verified on site by an expert door installer that was provided by the door company). He was sent specifics of his mistakes (report by the door installer expert) and he ignored them. He was contacted once by phone and once by mail after the expert installers report. He was not sued.
