Services we offer
We stand by our products with warranties and a full service department. You can look us in the eye when purchasing a scooter and know we'll be here for your return servicing or problems unlike other dealers and online scammers who vanish and void warranties the day after you bought the unit. We also rarely "can't" help a troubled scooter. Its our mission to stay in this chinese scooter niche and earn a great image as helping everyone regardless of where their scooter came from or how old it is.
Services we don't offer
We do not deal with ATV's or motorcycles yet. We do not rent scooters or finance scooters either, but do offer layaway. We are also moving away from repairing shotty electric miniture scooters that tend to cause misery and empty wallets for customers and headaches for dealers. Our products are in our store because we believe in their ability and can solve their issues if they arise. Who wants to sell something they don't like or believe is prone to failure?

Sales experience: The owner was very effective and made a great sales pitch. He made me feel like a valuable customer and that he fully stood behind his products. I went home and did my research for a few weeks. When I came back, one of his store salesmen was there. He was in a hurry to leave (as we came in fairly close to closing time) but we walked away with a scooter (albeit without the replacement battery listed on the tag and a nearly empty tank of gas).
It wasn't long before the problems began:
Day 1: Headlight malfunctions and engine idle is set too high (causing scooter to move without opening throttle). Blitz repaired both in a timely fashion.
Week 2: Speedometer stops working and front disc brake develops terrible squeaking when stopping. I drop the scooter off to be repaired on Friday and a week later, they haven't even touched it (they said they were running behind because the mechanic was sick that week). This despite calling them every other day that week to check in. Since I depend on this vehicle to get to work, I picked it up, left them my phone number and description of my problems, and told them to call me when they were ready for me to come in.
Week 3: Scooter begins to squeal very loudly after reaching 5 mph. I call Blitz and I'm told (not by the owner) "The mechanic will never be ready for you because he'll always have 10 or 15 bikes in the shop waiting to be repaired". I asked if I should bring it in and i'm told "You can do whatever you want, man". Rather unprofessional and not customer-friendly at all.
Month 4: I open the seat to find that there's a severed hose on the oil vent and the vent has snapped. Also, Engine won't start. I attribute this to the cold but even after it warms up into the 60s, it still won't start (probably a bad choke). I'd love to take it in for service, but it won't start so borrowing a truck is the only way to get it back to their shop and i'm inclined to just do the work myself now.
Buy a chinese scooter from a dealer for the prep-out, service, and warranty. Just don't do it from these guys.
