They advised me on how to install the tiles. They were willing to answer any questions I had. The gentleman who runs the business is Turkish and changed his mind on various visits with regards to the pricing. I had nothing in writing to prove what he said the previous time so I decided to go ahead and purchase it from him anyways. Even though he increased the price from the original amount it was still a good price. He encouraged me to purchase additional square footage of tiles knowing that I might need more and said if there was extra he would buy it back at the price I paid for it. I did that and three months later when I returned the extra tiles, he said I could have done that up to two months and not after three. As such he would have to charge me an additional twenty percent restocking scheme. He explained how he informs his customers about this when they buy from him. When I told him that this was the first time I heard this from him he said he could not help me and that he was sorry. I just let it fly as I was kicking myself for not getting any of this in writing. This made me livid and I would only recommend the quality of his products and not his deceptiveness. I could not trust him. I would not use them again in the future.
