Stroudsburg School of Cosmetology

I have a curly hair so I presented my hairstylist with a little bit of extra challenge. I requested a haircut

that would look excellent blow-dried smooth and also lovely air-dried and curly. Her instructor was overlooking

the whole process step by step and as the work was progressing I felt more and more relaxed and confident

that the final result was going to be just as I had imagined.

This is probably the first time I ended up getting the style I wanted not a style my hairdresser thought

suited me best. Thank you!

The only negative comment I have is, salon itself should be kept a bit neater.

The establishment is a cosmotogy school and the senior students perform the services. When I enter the and quot;shopand quot; the receptionist is very receptive and friendly asking me what would I like to have done. She then invites me to have a seat in the waiting area. She gives the ticket to the teacher then the student greets me and escort me to his station. He asked me what service i wanted, hair cut. He asked long short and questions about the style. The student does the work and the teacher is there to assure that the work is done properly. After the student is finish, the teacher comes over to check the hair cut, making sure it is evenly cut.
Ive been to the school a couple of times. I have found that the students and teacher listen to the customer and their primary goal is to get it right for the customer. I have found that the professional do not listen to the customer and their goal seem to give the cut that they want, not what the customer wants.When I need a hair cut, I will always go to Stroudsburg School of Cosmetology.

I have 4 feet of hair and I paid $15 with the tip. It was a very good experience. The students are great and the teachers are knowledgeable.
