The company who installed and maintained my generator for the past two years suddenly decided they were too "busy" to complete yearly maintenance for their customers.  So they "gave" my account to Stroudsburg Electric Company.  My first contact with Stroudsburg Electric was to schedule the yearly generator maintenance and I spoke to Olivia.  She was bright, personable, courteous and very professional.  The generator technician named Dave arrived on time and performed his work diligently and professionally.  He took the time to explain the maintenance procedure, and cheerfully answered my questions.  He was very respectful of my property and made sure he cleaned up after his work was completed.  Please thank both Olivia and Dave for jobs well done.

They just took my lawn mower and had it for ten days and never even started the work. I was never advised about any waiting period on the job.

"We are sorry you were unhappy with the service you received. Unfortunately repairs are done in the order they come in and 2 - 3 weeks is typical. We would suggest any time you drop anything off for repair anywhere you may want to call ahead and find out what the wait time for repair is."
