The company who installed and maintained my generator for the past two years suddenly decided they were too "busy" to complete yearly maintenance for their customers. So they "gave" my account to Stroudsburg Electric Company. My first contact with Stroudsburg Electric was to schedule the yearly generator maintenance and I spoke to Olivia. She was bright, personable, courteous and very professional. The generator technician named Dave arrived on time and performed his work diligently and professionally. He took the time to explain the maintenance procedure, and cheerfully answered my questions. He was very respectful of my property and made sure he cleaned up after his work was completed. Please thank both Olivia and Dave for jobs well done.
