Having Sorrenti Plumbing work on the heating system in my 1903 building was a lesson in plumbing problem solving. The Sorrentis were able to diagnose issues that resulted from having adapted an ancient steam system with odd size piping to hot water baseboard. When they finished, the system was finally able to self-regulate and not require tending every four or five days. Smart guys. fair pricing. No BS and no talking down other trades people. I'll be calling them again.

Deplorable! After being paid($3,945) they acquired a higher paying job which took priority, as the plumber stated on videotape "a $30,000 job at a million dollar house!" Boisterous and verbally assaulting insomuch that my neighbors informed the police of their riotious rude behavior! Rude behavior was Vengeance because I, as the customer requested an ETA of completion of job with 5 texts. Plumber screamed(on videotape) "am I a womanizer?!" Repeatedly, and "I was at the lake when you, the customer sent texts!" He had a tantrum because of a simple confirmation request. Also, USAA Federal Savings Bank for veterans only, declined the secretary's(wife's) frivolous quote of an unecessary $400 vent. "Am I gonna have to eat that?! Plumber stated after rejected quote. Refused to show receipts for alleged purchased lumber and item's (shower etc). Lack of professionalism and integrity toward a customer regardless of the size of job. Blatantly advantageous of a single woman and believe verbal abuse is justified. "Am I a womanizer?!" The plumber screamed repetitiously showing a complex and the epitome of ignorance. No one should be subject to such ill manneredness, rude and unacceptable behavior. Especially, having been paid upfront. I had an expected credit coming for an already set toilet, they charged excessively thereafter to use up the credit. Despicable. Brought me a bottle of wine initially and an "I like you!" Plumber exclaimed, until a higher paying job arrived! I don't wish this treatment on any customer. Beware.

There were several hold ups on your end (you had ordered the wrong vanity, the flooring people did not show up) and we had special ordered items for you that you were told in advance took [Member Information Removed] weeks to come in, you understood this. We were in constant communication with you throughout the remodeling process as well as your other subcontractors. I personally received very long emails the night before with time stamps up until 4 am. We were scheduled, I assured you we would be there. You were concerned about a credit- which we gave you. Upon on arrival you were harassing our techs, we do have video of that, and you became extremely aggressive as they were trying to complete your job. We did complete the job, we have photos and videos of everything installed and operational. The other job we were working on that you are speaking of was a customer experiencing a plumbing emergency and we could not come to install the shower doors at your job that day. We apologized to you and expressed our concern over the customers home getting damaged if we did not stay there to make the repair needed- the exact same courtesy you would have been received if the situation were reversed. The mechanical vent you spoke about, was installed to make your plumbing venting proper. The final balance of $77 was not paid, which we can only assume was your intention. ***We have been in business for over 20 years, we have never experienced such a terrifying and threatening experience working for a customer."

They did a real good job. The only complaint is they forgot to leave any warranty information on the American Standard toilet.
