He did a very detailed and in depth inspection. The finished report was emailed to me within two days.

Victor was very informative, to the things My Husband and I did not or didn't understand.

The only issue we ran into was Victor's unawareness that my husband was a Veteran with regard to the VA's water test requirement. Apparently they required a full water test something we realized after he'd done the test for e.coli and coliform only. However, he was able to provide the remaining test and bill us only for the difference. Great communication, on time scheduling and despite some lab hold-ups he kept us in the loop until able to get all reports to us.

They were very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail of what they found which I needed to make improvements. This was an estate sale of a home which I didn't have much information on before buying it and they made me feel more comfortable with my purchase of my home.

The company was very helpful arrived on time to set up and advised on the procedure and returned as scheduled.

They were very friendly and flexible about the appointment time. They showed up on time and walked me through every step of the process...explaining in detail as we went along. Very thorough and informative inspection for an extremely reasonable price!

Victor Delfi and his partner Rick were punctual,very thorough and expained everything they did ,step by step.They also made some very helpful recomendtions that were not part of the inspection. I would not hestate tocal on them again or recomend to anyone who needs an inspection.
