Richmond and Associates is GREAT! Personal service with lots of patience. They were helpful to us as first time homebuyers. They gave us a rate that provided comprehensive home coverage at a significant savings over the "big" name insurance providers. With our policy, we have a low deductible, low policy cost and extras that we didn't even know we would need like well/septic backup and appliance breakdown coverage.
Plus, he matched us up with a real gem of an insurance company. A "PA only" insurance company that provides personal service and easy claims processing so you don't feel like you're spending forever in an automated phone system labyrinth!
