I did not like the idea that since the property was 'cheap', the realtor charged a fee to both the seller and the buyer (I was the buyer). I had to pay several thousand dollars in a realtors fee which I know is becoming more and more of a common practice for inexpensive properties. I just didn't feel like my business was valuable.

We worked with her from December, 2009. We told her what kind of house we wanted and we looked at several houses. I sent her MLS numbers that she would send information on and she told us about the different neighborhoods that I asked her about. She was always ready and willing to help us find the perfect match. We keep in touch with her and if I have any questions about how to get around I can call her up and she will tell me whatever I need to know. It was a great experience and I will use her again in the future.

We used Christine of Re/Max of the Poconos and she was very knowledgeable. She knows the area and was very thorough. She came out whenever we requested to see houses so she was very responsive. She takes her time. She is loaded with information and is very personable.
