Was an electeical short. I had hired a competitor in July who did not warranty their work so these guys were needed.

Previously only owned properties with city connected water so I know very little about well-water management (which is why I cannot comment on pricing because I do not have a frame of reference).  Came home Sunday night to discover that my water was barely making it out of various faucets so I went on Angie's List for a reco on Monday morning.  Good reviews on area companies, what sets Pocono Well & Pump apart for me is they have 24 hour emergency service.  Called Kyle just before 7am and he picked up right away, listened to my concerns and told me he had a full schedule but would do what he could to fit me in.  He let me know he would give me an idea of timing after he met with the team and true to his word, I received a call a few hours later letting me know they would get to me that day and give me a 20 minutes heads up so I could leave work and meet them at the house.  Michael and John came around 4, identified the problems and got straight to work.  They were easy to talk to, very professional, and conscientious of my 3 year old running around while peppering them with "how is it going?" questions.  They calculated the cost right in the moment, there was no surprises.  Really pleased with the responsiveness and the service, especially since the thought of well problems brings a level of immediate panic about high costs/living conditions.  Highly recommend this provider.

First of all let me start by saying that Mike really helped us out. He came out to the house while I was at work and checked my sewage ejector pump. Turned out I needed a new one. We scheduled the date. He called on the day to confirm my appointment they came out and replaced it. I am so happy with the service. I highly recommend Pocono Well and Pump Service. I just noticed they also do other things that my house needs. I will definitely be calling them to get it done. Thank you so much!!!

Everything was excellent.

Called on Saturday.....Kyle and Mike arrived about an hour after I called. I have a grinder pump.....which I had replaced about 2 years ago....as they said it was a "piece of junk". They educated me on the right pump that should be used. Unfortunately they were unable to get the pump out. In order to do so, tank had to be drained which could no be done until Monday.

First thing this morning they arrived, tank was drained, new pump and parts that blew in control panel were installed. They checked to make sure everything was running correctly......and YEAH I HAVE WATER.

I would definitely use them again....I believe they also do plumbing.

They were professional and patient......even washed grease off of driveway from old pump....Great job guys .....pleasure doing business with you.

Our water went dry and we were in a panic and called Pocono Well and Pump following Google search. We thought we'd need a more expensive pump replacement but they said it was the water tank. Mike and Kyle were very friendly and professional and did a great job. We already told them we'll use them for future work.
