Rich, the owner, initially provided an estimate and then took care of repairs in 2 days. Courteous, efficient, and excellent workmanship. Good as new.

Rich Banks is the owner and rns the office. He is the old time professional we look for but are hrd to find nowadays. Explained all and takes pride in his work and accomplishments.
Across the street is the shop where I met Al. Don't know his last name but he is truly an asset to Pocono Motion. He has great communication skills and is a very pleasing person. I noted his outstanding pformance to Rich and found out Al has been with him for 25 years. That explains it!!!.
Needless to say,I was very pleased nd I would recommend their services to anyone without a blink of an eye

Rich was great! He kept me abrest of everything that was going on with my car, from parts coming in, to the day to day progress of the body work being done on my car. He was friendly and easy to work with. I had door to door service-he picked up my car to do the work and dropped it off when ready. Additionally, my insurance carrier did not pay for a wheel alignment and yet Rich included it at no cost to me when reparing my car. Rich and his staff go above and beyond the job beacuse they are really concerned with the quality of their work. The results were amazing, and my car looks beautiful! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone...
