They sent two men out. One of the men went back to the shop and located an industrial strength drano type of product. The shop was only 3 blocks from my home. He returned quickly and poured that down the drain. They were here less than an hour. I wished to complain about the charge and the office staff could not handle the complaint. I asked that the supervisor give me a call and when he did not they said he was in the hospital and would call me in the future. Four months later I still have not heard anything. I would not recommend them.
