The whole mortgage process was quick and simple. We went online to their website http://www.mortgagesfirst.com and applied online. Within minutes of submitting the application a loan representative contacted us and advised they received the application and had begun to process it. We provided Mortgages First with the requested documents, signed the application papers and disclosures and overnighted the package back to them. Within two weeks they had the appraisal, title and mortgage items they needed and had us a final mortgage commitment for our construction/permanent loan. No surprises at closing, all was as spelled out in their Good Faith Estimate. We highly, highly, recommend Mortgages First. It was convenient, we did everything soup to nuts from our home computer. The loan person who assisted us was Raphael Blue.
