Description of Work: WE USED STATE INSPECTION FOR MIDAS AND IT WAS GREAT. However, last time we went , it maybe management was change or other, I didn't like the way they did. We fixed what every need to fix. (from 1st time visit) and they told me tire is not tight. (we need to change one tire) so we paid extra because if not we will be fail again. but after we find out they never tight up. When come back, we did double check. loss up easy for myself. (with my hand)

Description of Work: I like the manager, Brad. He explains to me what needs to be done with my car and he seems to appreciate the extra costs involved. I bring my car here for routine 3,000 mile oil changes and other work recommended to (1) pass inspection, (2) replace items that need to be replaced for proper functioning of the car and (3) make my car safer.

 + -1 moreThey were prompt in getting me in to do the service. They checked all of my brakes to make sure they were in need to be changed. They only changed the front brakes as they were the only ones that needed to be replaced.

They could have very easily said we needed new brakes, but I have always found Midas on 9th/611 in Stroudsburg to be honest and very professional. We have trusted them with all of our cars for over the past 20 or so years and have never had any issues with them overcharging or adding unnecessary services.
