Infinite Landscape

A few days after they were paid and completed the job I noticed water lodging on the rear Patio, upon further examination I noticed there was several low spots on the Patio. I called Infinite and they said this was normal. I a friend who is a Construction guy and he said your patio is settling/sinking. He removed some paving stones to find it was laid on sand and was not properly packed.
We then noticed blocks in the steps put in upside down with glue coming out between the blocks. I asked them to be sure weed barriers are properly installed under the flower beds to prevent weeds, less than a month there was several weeds. He said he put in lawn seed to regrow the areas of lawn beside his patio work, grass never grew and now I have just weeds and dirt.
This guy convinced me, and he will convince you that he does excellent work, this is not the case, his work is a disgrace. I asked him to call over and fix the problems but he didn't and stopped taking my calls.
I since hired another company to fix all his work which is now complete but cost me Thousands of Dollars extra.

It went very well would recommend it to family and friends.

Kyle and his team are professional and courteous at all times, we had a great experienceand we look forward to the future projects that Kyle will assist us with.....Our near future project consist of a stone driveway, retaining wall and walkway leading to the rear of the house.

Kyle sent in a tree crew first - they had to establish a and quot;roadand quot; to work in the rear of the house. About ten, 100ft tall damaged or leaning trees were cut (all made to fall without harming good trees) and removed along with trees lost during the storm and all the years of leaves, old limbs, etc. Then the land was graded (to lessen the slope) and finally seed and straw were put in place for a spring lawn.
Next the old patio (about 8 ft wide and 45 ft long) was removed. During this phase Kyle showed us the unsafe foundation that had been holding up a 12x20 ft deck attached to the upper floor of the house. The deck was so poorly supported we counld have had a serious accident. Kyle was extremely fair with the cost this part added.
The new patio is at walkout height from house's lower level, runs the entire lenght of the house and is about 13ft wide made with quality pavers in different sizes that form a beautiful pattern. The material cost of this part was a large part of the expense. This walkout level patio is about 10 ft above grade so a lot of prep work had to be done for stability and correct drainage before the pavers were placed.

In the middle is a stairway leading to the new lawn.I can't wait for spring to really see how beautiful this looks without the snow. Kyle and his crew worked until mid Feb. 2013 when the weather finally shut them down. Only the stairs need to be finished.
Kyle and his crew are EXCEPTIONAL workers. Nothing is too hard to change or add - they are the best folks that have done work for us in the 18yrs we have had the house.

The project went great and the final result was better than was originally explained to me. The wall is now a beautifully design addition to our property and the talk of our neighbors who are thinking about using this same landscaper. We couldn’t be more satisfied and will use this company again!
