Lois the owner is very easy going and straight forward. He answered all my questions and returned promptly to address any of my concerns. The crew were efficient and skilled. The secretary returns calls and fallows up promptly. Prices were fair given the size of my ranch home.

EXCELLENT....very happy with the whole process...Edward was great...always returned calls..and explained the process and information on the GAF HD timberline roof shingles. The roof installers were fantastic, arrived on time,went straight to work, no B.S..very good workers, got the job done and final cleanup was good..very happy with the final outcome...

The roofers arrived on time. They were very professional and polite. They completed the entire job in less than two days. Would highly recommend.

Roofers were impressive, worked constantly in extreme heat - 12hr days. precautions were taken with neighbors property - tarp was draped over their home for protection. I was concerned with clean up because of close proximity of plant material. they did wonderfully. Not one day was found. I was impressed!

Edwardo Santiago was on time – did an excellent job protecting my home from damage, when removing old shingles. Took picture and explained all aspects of the job – when complete they cleaned up and you would never know they replaced my roof. All employees very courteous – he also took pictures as the job was started, on-going and completed.

I got five bids from roofers on the house. All of them except Family Restoration made an issue of how difficult the job would be due to the complexity of the architecture and steepness of the house. Family Restoration was the only company that sent a man onto the roof to measure every square foot. They also came through with the best price. I was immediately impressed by Luis' professionalism.
On the first day of the job the crew was scheduled to start at 8am. The van arrived at 730 and at 8am on the dot they got to work. I was hugely impressed by the dedication and seriousness of the workers. There was absolutely no goofing around. Each and everyone worked extremely hard every minute they were here.
By noon the entire old roof had been stripped off. By 7pm, when they called it a day, 50% of the new roof had already been installed. The entire job was finished and the site spotlessly cleaned up by 2pm on the second day. The roof looks fantastic.
I can't emphasize enough the efficiency and work ethic of this team. I recommend Family Restoration without any reservation.

It was a stress free, positive experience, moreso than I expected, for a project I'd been fretting over for e few years. They did quality work, worked fast ( the old roof was off and the new shingles on by the end of day one). The owner, Luis, was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Another plus is they came through with the best price. I would definitely recommend them.
