After researching on line for all wheel drive vehicles I had made up my mind that Subaru was the auto I wanted. Went for a forester but the salesman asked about my needs and I ended up with an Impreza. I was on a time limit for a rental of only 3 days by my insurance. I need not have worried, I had chosen my auto they prepped it arranged excellent financing and I left with the auto. The mileage is great and the car handles well in my mountain area in all kinds of weather. I have had al my servicing done there and they are great, on time and at the quated price. Everyone in the entire organization are friendly and helpful. I recently got a new phone and was having trouble getting it to sync with my auto. A salesman came out and had it done in minutes, pleasant the entire time, even though not selling me a car. When I need one again, I will be there for sure and will take my auto there for all its sevicing. Dealers are higher than other auto servicing centers, but well worth the cost.

called at last minute so had to leave the car for the day, but it was done by 5. been taking my Subaru here since I bought it and I have 160 miles on it and it runs great.

I dropped off the car and in a reasonable time they analyzed the problem and offered a couple solutions. Since 60% of the cost was for parts, the provider offered a couple different options to control costs. They pointed out some other problems with the car which I had them fix one of the immediate problems and decided to take care of the other problems at a later date.
They told me the repair would take a while and informed me they have local shuttle service so that I did not have to wait in their customer lounge. When the repair was done they called me and picked me up.
The customer service was very professional and courteous. The lounge was clean with free coffee available.

The sales people and so far the mechanical people have been very terrific. They were prompt and friendly. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had questions about the car and they explained it in a way that I could understand. I was satisfied with the results. They did not try to snow us. They were really very, very good.

They are great to buy a car from but there service center is not the best.
