bob comes in twice a year always on time. he is very thorough. he will also gaurantee his work. he comes in and sprays throughout the house and than will spray the outside of the house. he will put down mouse traps (bait) and spray for bugs. i have used him for many years and he always gets the job done!! the bugs are quckly exterminated
