Dan did a great job.  We are extremely happy with his work, fair pricing, and the room looks beautiful.  We will definitely be using Dan for additional paint jobs.

Last winter was bad. We have a half bath that is exposed underneath. During a remodel 3 years ago, all pipes were insulated, the floor was insulated, and beadboard was installed. This worked great until the freezing temps of last winter caused both hot and cold water, AND our toilet line to freeze. Lucky for us they did not burst, but we needed a solution.
Enter Dan and his team.
The tore down the beadboard (nicely so it could be re-used, or course!) and quickly went to work troubleshooting the problem. Air was getting in somewhere, and the insulation batts were snug in between the joists.
Solution: expand the opening, put rigid foam in, gap filler and caulk around perimiter, install trim, finished.
I have no doubts that this will solve the problem. They were in and out in a matter of hours, and it looks amazing. We will definitely hire again, whether for painting or anything else we can think of.

Dan never missed a beat and took on at least one difficult assignment as part of this job, which was painting the cupola on the top of our second story roof. He was thoughtful about his work, including suggesting using paint for the trim, since it will last longer. I have already contracted with Dan for more work on our home.

Dan included all the prices of the paint in his estimate and brought along all of his own rollers, paint brushes, drop cloths, etc. Very neat and cleaned up after the jobs were completed. He is very personable and friendly and I definitely would use him again.

Dan was recommended to us from a friend who has used him on interior paint projects, bathroom remodeling, and other home repair jobs. We contacted him about a quote, and he was out by the end of the week. His quote was very competitive, but we chose him because 1. we have seen his work, and 2. he was very knowledgeable and pointed out things that other painters missed.

He knew we were on a time crunch so he came out the Tuesday after he quoted us to begin work. He even brought in help so he could get the job done a little quicker. He did a thorough power washing, came back the next day to let it dry, and was done the job in 4 days. His team was great from start to finish. They arrived by 9am every day and did not leave until after 5:30.

Not only do we love the job he did, but our neighbors are still giving us compliments. We couldn't be happier! Thanks Dan!

BTW he also came out the next week and installed a garbage disposal and a garden house faucet at the back of our house for literally half what a plumber was going to charge us!
