After a lengthy HOA approval process, we were able to schedule the work to be done very quickly. The employee (it's a one-man job) showed up at 8 AM, took one trip for materials, and was finished by 11 AM.
The gutter looks like it was installed by the original builder. Everything looks good and I'm satisfied with the service I got.

Job was prolonged due to wrong door being ordered, but once the correct door came in, replacement was done and complete in one day.

I have already scheduled this company to come back and perform more work. Excellent craftsmanship. A little higher than most contractors but worth every cent.

Suggested that I did not need a new roof but that the current roof could be repaired. They completed the job in a timely manner. The repair was successful and approximately two years later after many rain storms and a very harsh winter with lots of ice and snow there has been no further leaking.

Dand D Scarborough did an incredible job with the estimate, installation and cleanup. We were a bit hesitant of the extent of repairs needed at first given the various estimates proposed by different companies, but Steve did a great job explaining clearly what needed to be repaired, what they proposed to do, the materials they would use, the timeframe to complete each task, and what tasks would be undertaken by subs (gutter installation). They did a top-notch job with the construction and tried to make the whole process as painless and non-intrusive as possible. I really felt for those guys when the work happened to be scheduled the same time as the worst heat of the summer. Nonetheless, they showed up and got the job done. We couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone with construction or home repairs on their to-do list.

The crews were very professional, courteous and always showed up on time. Very friendly and easy to work with throughout the entire project. Don was very flexible with changes and additions to the project. This is our second project with Dand D and we have more scheduled. We definitely recommend Dand D Scarborough.
